Description

The ISELI BNP 200 series combines advanced technology with innovative design to deliver maximum precision and efficiency in band saw blade grinding. The third CNC axis grinds the stationary tooth precisely against the cutting edge, guaranteeing perfect cutting quality in every pass. For even greater accuracy, the tool zero point can be set automatically – either via an acoustic emission sensor or the Tooth Tracing System, which scans and stores the tooth profile for fully repeatable results. Flexible, intuitive, and built to last, the BNP 200 series handles both standard and complex tooth profiles with ease. Its robust Swiss construction, high reliability, and minimal downtime make it a smart long-term investment for any professional sharpening room.
