Robot-controlled handling system for circular saw blades

For companies, saw blade manufacturers, and processors of various types and diameters of HM circular saw blades, we offer an optimal and cost-effective automation solution with our robotic handling system. This solution, designed for limited space, provides both hardware and software from a single source, covering everything from blade loading to fully automated flank grinding with our KHF sharpening machines and/or our KHB grinding machine for face and back grinding. The loading process, which can handle up to 60 blades per stack, is performed by one person using four or five loading carts, feeding the blades into the robot pick-up and stacking areas.
